Online Reservations

Have you reviewed our cancellation policy? Once you are within 7 days of your tour date the fare is 100% non-refundable unless Lakeshore Adventures cancels the tour due to weather. A signed liability waiver is required for each participant. If anyone is under 18 a PARENT/legal guardian MUST ALSO SIGN. The Waiver is available on our website. Participants under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a participating adult. Min age is 5 years old. Proper attire includes water shoes or flip flops and clothing that can get wet and dries quickly. All tours are subject to a change in location based on current wind and wave conditions to ensure a safe and comfortable experience and if a tour location is changed you will still be required to participate.

Cancellation Policy

We have a 7 day cancellation policy. If you cancel your reservation more than 7 days prior to your tour date, your payment will be refunded to you. You may change your reservation date or time with at least 7 days notice prior to your originally scheduled tour at no charge.

NO REFUNDS OR RESCHEDULES ARE PERMITTED WITH LESS THAN 7 DAYS NOTICE.

If Lakeshore Adventures cancels your tour/program due to weather or another unforeseeable condition, you may reschedule for another available time or you will be given a full refund.

Lakeshore Adventures can and will relocate tour locations due to wind and wave conditions and you will still be required to participate at the alternate location.
